Shipping and returns
Shipping is FREE of charge for orders over £100. Shipping costs will apply to all orders under £100, and will be added at checkout. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept orders for items being shipped to Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
Please inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery. Any missing items or transit damage must be reported to us within 48 hours. Unfortunately, claims made after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
Products marked as 'Special order on our website are non returnable. Please contact us for more information prior to ordering if you have any questions.
Returns policy
If you change your mind, you can return products within 14 days of delivery. This policy applies to UK consumer orders only. B2B sales are non-returnable unless agreed in advance.
Refunds will processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued via the original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed. Note: card refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.
Items purchased as part of a package or quotation will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. Discounts may be applied unevenly across items to achieve the overall deal price and refunds will reflect this.
Items may be exchanged for other products of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be paid in advance. For exchanges involving lower-value items, a credit note will be issued. Replacements will only be dispatched once the original items have been received and inspected.
Return shipping is your responsibility and we recommend using a tracked and insured service. We cannot be held liable for loss or damage during return transit.
To return a product:
- Email hello@audioconcept.co.uk with your invoice number, the items you wish to return and the reason.
- We’ll respond within 1 business day with a returns form and return instructions.
- Items should be returned to us within 7 days of us accepting the return. Items received after this time maybe subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
- Products received in poor condition or unfit for resale will not be accepted.
Faults within 30 days:
We’ll replace the item with a brand new one of the same model. Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
Faults after 30 Days (but within warranty):
The item will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. Return postage is your responsibility, but we’ll cover return shipping back to you.
Items found to be fault-free or damaged through misuse will not be replaced or refunded.
