The KEF Ci160CRds is a high-performance 6.5-inch stereo in-ceiling speaker designed to deliver premium two-channel audio from a single location, making it an ideal solution for residential and commercial spaces where space or aesthetics limit the use of multiple speakers. As part of KEF’s Custom Installation range, the Ci160CRds is engineered using advanced acoustic modeling to ensure accurate stereo imaging, wide dispersion and seamless integration with any interior design.
The speaker features a dual voice coil 6.5-inch polypropylene cone woofer and two 0.75-inch dome tweeters, each angled to produce distinct left and right channels. This configuration ensures true stereo sound reproduction from a single unit, maintaining clarity and balance across the frequency spectrum with low distortion and extended response.
Its Ultra-Thin Bezel (UTB) design and magnetic, paintable grille allow for a near-invisible appearance once installed, while its moisture-resistant construction makes it suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, or protected outdoor spaces.
