The KEF Ci5160RLM-THX is a flagship in-wall speaker meticulously engineered for ultra-premium home theater and high-performance audio environments. As part of KEF’s Extreme Home Theatre Series and THX Certified Ultra, the Ci5160RLM-THX sets a new standard for in-wall sound by combining cutting-edge acoustic technologies with seamless architectural integration.
At the heart of the Ci5160RLM-THX is KEF’s advanced Uni-Q driver array, which places a 1-inch aluminum dome tweeter at the acoustic center of a 6.5-inch midrange driver. This patented technology enables remarkably consistent dispersion and pinpoint imaging, regardless of listener position. Complementing the Uni-Q are four 6.5-inch bass drivers with massive motor systems, delivering powerful, articulate low frequencies with minimal distortion.
Built from extruded aluminum with a factory-assembled rigid back box, the Ci5160RLM-THX ensures maximum enclosure damping and reduced coloration. The result is exceptional clarity and control, even at reference listening levels, making it ideal for dedicated home theaters, high-end media rooms and luxury AV installations.
Installation is streamlined with KEF’s secure mounting system and included magnetic grille, which allows for a flush, minimalist aesthetic. The speaker is designed to integrate invisibly into interior spaces while delivering audiophile-grade performance that rivals high-end floorstanding loudspeakers.
